This website is dedicated to the use of astrology for self development and the improvement of daily life in all areas

A better life with

astrology? Yes! it’s

possible!

Roland Legrand has been

working with only that in mind

since 1982

ABLAS was created from a combination of events. It was founded as A Bette Life Astrology School (ABLAS) in Brisbane, Australia, in December 1982. At the time, Roland’s main goal was provide astrology tuition by correspondence as well as private consultation. Daily practice meant acquiring concrete experience that was to become the main motivation in Roland’s mind. He strived for perfection, knowing that he could only get closer to it and never reach it in his present incarnation. Thirty four years later, Roland is as enthusiastic and passionate as ever. Astrology is not his “job” but most certainly his life. This is a non-stop involvement, a 24-hour 7-day implication that makes Roland a true astrologer and a person to trust when it comes to unveiling the future and to explain the past and present. The question is not so much to ask “what astrology can do for you” but rather “what you can do to make the most of what is revealed in your birth chart”. FREE-WILL is put forward at all times and made greatly more efficient knowing what we’re worth and what our Earthly mission is. “What am I in this life for?” is as recurring question that Roland answers in many different ways according to each person and each astral chart he’s asked to analyse. Don’t hesitate to contact him through this website. He will only be too happy to help in any astrological way he can. And he can!
A seminar in Agde, France, May 2016
I    teach   Astrology   since   1982.   ABLAS   astrology   school   was   founded   in   Australia   in   December   of   that   year   and   the courses   were   first   written   in   English.   Some   of   my   students   of   this   'glorious'   era   have   become   professional   astrologers. For    the    most    part,    however,    learning    this    science    was    confined    to    personal    development    to    improve    their performance   and   their   quality   of   life   in   the   areas   they   coveted   or   that   posed   them   various   problems.   All   the   lessons comprising   the   complete   course   were   gradually   translated   into   French   from   1987   onward,   and   ABLAS   was   then   able to   offer   its   teaching   to   the   francophone   community,   both   in   France   and   in   other   parts   of   the   world.   Hundreds   of people   attended   the   correspondence   courses.   Of   course,   many   dropped   out   along   the   way.   To   master   the   practice   of astrology   one   needs   firstly   to   see   it   as   a   vocation,   then   be   prepared   to   spend   more   and   more   time   and   do   much cerebral efforts to understand and synthesize this knowledge to put it to use in a concrete and efficient way… I    met    by    many    budding    astrologers    who    studied    for    decades    without    ever    becoming    professionally    involved, sometimes   by   choice,   but   more   often   because   they   didn’t   feel   up   to   the   task.   In   presence   of   an   astral   chart,   the   fear of   making   a   mistake   froze   them   and   prevented   them   from   engaging   into   the   analysis.   Astrology   can   be   just   a   hobby as   well   as   a   true   profession.   Far   from   neglecting   those   intending   to   learn   for   their   own   pleasure   and   that   of   their entourage, I am more and more interested in those of you who want to "one day" become professional astrologers. To   form   it   is   transmit   and   to   share.   What   would   my   knowledge   be   if   I   didn't   have   this   urge   to   teach   that   makes   me communicate    what    I    know    and    what    I    learn    daily    in    astrology?    My    practice    would    essentially    revolve    around consultation.   What   you   know   and   what   you   will   still   learn   will   allow   you   to   help   others   who,   in   exchange,   will   pay   you for your work. Astrologer   is   a   real   job   that   has   nothing   to   envy   to   other   more   'ordinary'   professions   from   a   financial   point   of   view. Even   if   a   large   part   of   the   community   perceives   astrology   by   the   “small   end   of   their   scope”   tinted   by   prejudice   and ignorance,   to   be   an   astrologer   is   a   status   that   is   officially   and   administratively   recognized.   It   allows   one   to   have   a proper   office   or   to   work   from   home,   earning   quite   a   decent   living.   Word   of   mouth   works,   but   there   are   other   means to   publicize.   Internet   is   the   one   I   chose,   like   thousands   of   other   astrologers   in   the   world.   Creating   a   blog   to   publish articles   or   reflections   is   a   great   way   to   communicate   and   attract   people   to   what   you   do.   Publishing   videos   on YouTube   or   Dailymotion   is   another.   Of   course,   don't   expect   immediate   success.   Regularity   and   endurance   will   be your   best   allies.   Little   by   little,   more   and   more   traffic   will   become   noticeable   on   your   blog,   your   website   or   your channel.   Perseverance   and   sincerity   in   your   approach   will   eventually   be   recognized   and   become   your   best   assets   for success. To   discover   what   this   science   can   bring   you   and   what   you   can   do   to   improve   your   own   existence   as   well   as   that   of your   loved   ones   or   all   those   who   will   consult   you,   I   propose   a   complete   astrology   course   by   correspondence.   You   will find all the useful information by clicking here .

FLASH INFO The conjunction between Mars and Saturn in Sagittarius is becoming increasingly strong. It will be at its peak on August 24. It is forming a square with the sign Virgo, where mercury, Venus and Jupiter, are, and also a square with the sign Pisces, where Neptune and Chiron are. These planets in these two signs are also on the axis of the lunar nodes. Mars is 14.5 times faster than Saturn in its journey around the Zodiac. It serves as a detonator to the energy of Saturn, which as been restricting those of Jupiter and Neptune for many months. The dissatisfaction and even frustration resulting from that configuration feeds a malaise and a moral slump that is more and more difficult to endure for many of us. It is therefore likely that the arrival of Mars at the longitude of Saturn announces here and there some pretty strong reactions to free one from these ties that prevent us from moving forward or to destroy obstacles that have been preventing our progress. Excessive reactions are unfortunately likely for those whose birth chart shows some important elements in the three signs mentioned above. An effort will be absolutely necessary until September 9, when Jupiter changes sign, thus dislocating the Sagittarius/Virgin/Pisces triangle and its pernicious effect. Don’t be surprised if a few notorious surges of violence, revolt or some muscular manifestations of discontent are reported by the media in the coming days. Weather will also be affected, as well as possible movements of the Earth's crust. In other words, he's going to be hot!
